Many of you have written to me in the last two weeks requesting images of Notre Dame. You all know the gardens near Notre Dame is one of my favorite places to photograph, especially in Springtime. The cherry blossoms pop open sometime between late March and mid-April, and it’s this joyous time to be in the shadow of the cathedral. Because of Instagram, the sandbox surrounded by cherry blossoms had become a bit of a nightmare of a place to photograph at. You absolutely had to get there at opening, or there was no chance of getting a shot without a dozen other people in it. In any case, I’ve had so many requests for photos, that I decided I would compile a bunch for you here so that you can see a bunch together. I’ll look forward to photographing these trees again next year, if only from afar…
